We offer a complete glass customisation service with over 70 years of experience in the sector.
In addition to the numerous catalogue items, our customers can create glass items customised in every detail, ensuring unique, flawless results. Every phase of the process, from shaping the glass to packaging, is done with care and attention in order to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction.

CUSTOM MOULDS

Customisation can begin with the shape of the glass up to creating custom moulds* which allow customers to create glass items in unique, original forms or to adapt an existing mould (whether in the catalogue or not) and modify it in various ways: plunger (internal part), valve (lower part of the tumbler). Whether it is a tumbler with an innovative design or a beer mug for craft beer, together we can bring any idea to life.

We use three techniques to create a glass shape, to adapt to your project’s specific needs:
– Pressing: production is quick and precise, ideal for large volumes but limited to certain glass shapes. This is the best tool to really bring out the detail of a tumbler. Ideal for small tumblers and glasses, beer mugs, cups and bowls.
– Industrial blowing allows us to create glass shapes that would otherwise be impossible to achieve with pressing. Ideal for tall and narrow glasses.
– IS (Independent Section): this technology combines pressing with blowing. IS allows us to create glass-handled items in complex shapes such as container vases, beer mugs and bottles.
The choice of which technique to use depends on the characteristics required of the final product, the complexity of the shape, and the production needs. But it doesn’t stop there! In fact, the customisation of your product can continue!
