Mistral 64 stemglass
64 Cl_22 1/2 Oz blown stemware 100% made in Italy in extra cler quality glass.
Ideal to serve full bodied red wine.
Its distinctive internal ribs give it a vintage look, but their primary function is to enhance the wine’s characteristics. By gently rotating the stemware counterclockwise, the liquid splashes against the ribs, creating a chemical-mechanical reaction that releases the wine’s full organoleptic properties.
All the positive effects by using this stemware to serve wine are the following:
– Rapid oxygenation directly in the glass, eliminating the need for a decanter.
– Enhanced wine aromas and flavors
– Reduced perception of alcohol on the nose
– Up to 30% lower blood alcohol absorption
– Up to 30% fewer absorbed calories
– Perfectly pairs with the stemware from the same line and other minimalist glass designs.
Dishwasher safe.
